This is a short video to show Lemmings on the iMac G3 with Mac OS9 running. Recording with iPhone 5 directly from the CRT screen. This game needs no introduction. Possibly the best game ever made in my opinion. And the Mac version is probably the best port of the game. Same music and so. You must click to select the appropriate function, then click on the Lemming to activate it. Each level has a different range of skills on offer, a different amount of Lemmings, and a different percentage target in order to progress. When I was growing up, I played this version of Lemmings. Nowadays, I can't find the soundtrack anywhere. So after painstaking work, I've managed to extract it myself. I have Microsoft office for mac (which includes powerpoint). I tried editing with iMovie. If I store the edited video in.mov format I was able to play it on the slide but the resolution was poor with pixcelation. If I store in DV format, resolution is good but Powerpoint does not support. They play in VLC and in some video editing software (e.g. IMove, Xilisoft video converter) but not in Quicktime or Powerpoint. Other video formats play in Quicktime/Powerpoint and if I convert to another format then they play in Quicktime/Powerpoint (even converting to a differently encoded AVI) (Video converters that I have make me change the video aspect ratio hence I do not like to do that and don't want to have to every time). The same videos used to work fine in Quicktime/Powerpoint. I am unsure what has changed since they worked (I might have updated Quicktime or my DIVX codecs or something). The same question but I didn.t get clear answer. Would you someone tell me stay by step solution? Have several.AVIs on my mac. Some of them will play with quicktime, some of them won't, so I've downloaded VLC to play them all. The problem is that I need to embed these videos into powerpoint (2008 for mac). The videos that work with quicktime will work in powerpoint, but the others won't. I've heard that windows users can install a VideoLan-VLC plugin to play videos in powerpoint, but I can't figure out how to do this on a mac. Hi, I have a small video clip (4Mo) I would like to link to my Powerpoint presentation in such a way that if I send the latter by email, the clip is an integral part of the Powerpoint file and will play automatically without mishap. If possible, I want to avoid having simply to 'insert video' because this simply 'links' the video and usually will not play on another computer (even if I send the video separately as an attachment at the same time as the Powerpoint file). It seems to be such a simple operation, but till now my reading on various forums leads me to conclude that it may not be possible. Or am I mistaken? What's the problem? At present, I use the Mp4 format. I'm wondering whether it's perhaps impossible to make a video part of a Powerpoint 2008 presentation, but I'd like to have confirmation about this from someone 'in the know'. Is it only Powerpoint 2013 that will allow you to do this? Install opentaps 1.5 windows.
